Hotelex is the largest trade fair for the hotel and food service industries in China and one of the largest trade fairs in Asia. The event occupies 17 pavilions at the Shanghai New International Exhibition Center, three of which are devoted to coffee and tea. The 2016 edition of the event occupied 250,000 m2 (2,690,978 ft2) and attracted 2,207 exhibitors and 22,000 visitors.
