The ISM Fair, that takes place annually in Cologne, Germany, is the main international fair of the chocolate and candy market worldwide. The last edition gathered 1.450 exhibitors and more than 32 thousand visitors from 70 countries. Eighteen Brazilian companies closed a US$ 4.800.000,00 worth in business during the fair and expects US$18.900.000,00.
